1. Hassle-Free Returns – Simple & Stress-Free

At curaators, we want you to love your purchase. If it’s not the right fit, you can return it—no hassle, no pressure. How to return your item(s):

Request a Return:

    • Visit our "Contact Us" page and send us an email with your order details.
    • Our team will respond within 3-5 business days with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and further instructions.

Ship Your Return:

    • Securely package your item and send it to:

Processing & Confirmation:

    • Once we receive your return and all is in order, processing takes approximately 7-10 business days.
    • Once the return is completed, a confirmation email will be sent, alerting you that your refund is on its way (this may take few days to be reflected in your records). 
    • We will credit back to your original payment method.

2. What Qualifies for a Return?

Ready-Made Items:

    • Most ready-made items purchased from curaators can be returned within 14 days.
    • Items must be in perfect, unused condition with all original tags attached.
    • A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is processed.
    • Final Sale items and custom products are not eligible for return.
    • We don’t charge a restocking fee, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Items:

    • Custom-made products cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you.

3. Why a $10 Shipping Fee Instead of Free Shipping?

We get it — everyone loves free shipping! But to be real, shipping is never truly free. That said, we’re keeping it as low as $10 because we believe in sharing the load in appreciation of your shopping with us.

4. If You Received the Wrong or Defective Product

If you received the wrong item in your curaators shipment or are missing something from your order, please contact us right away. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us and provide:

    • Your order number
    • Details of the incorrect or missing item

We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions (if applicable) as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.
